By accessing or using MyFragranceSupply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyFragranceSupply is a custom fragrance creation platform that allows users to design personalized scent profiles through a guided quiz or expert builder, and order custom-blended fragrances.

3. Accounts

  • You may browse and create fragrances as a guest without an account.
  • An account (via Google sign-in) is required to place orders and save creations permanently.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if there are issues with payment or product availability.

5. Shipping

  • We ship to select countries (US, CA, GB, DE, FR).
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Custom Products

Because each fragrance is custom-blended to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MyFragranceSupply — including the design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your fragrance creations and preferences belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyFragranceSupply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
